The National Hepatitis Infoline is a confidential service. Service users do not have to provide their name or other identifying information if they do not wish to. Identifying information will not be recorded.
Service users may be asked for their location to support information and referral.
De-identified call data will be recorded for service monitoring, gap identification and evaluation. But services users do not have to provide this information if they do not want to.
